I know when most people think of London, health and fitness are not exactly stand out topics but none-the-less they are important ones and I think it’s something that many expats are keen to learn more about, so I’ve launched a new topic on my blog this week where I will post all things health and fitness related in London. Australia is such a health conscious country and I don’t think I ever realised just how so until I moved to London. It was a bit of a shock to the system and it has taken me almost two years to work it all out and get back into an active and (relatively) healthy lifestyle, but better late than never! Getting the balance of work, health and play is definitely tough here, but for those of you who want to start, maintain or build on your healthy lifestyles while living in London, there are so many options available and fun ways to do it, and I hope to be able to show you as many of these as possible over the next few months.
